At Goose the Band, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
